RVTV & Sandy Vans 2026 Sweepstakes at the StreamTV Show

1. Sponsors

The RVTV & Sandy Vans StreamTV Show 2026 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is jointly sponsored by Cannella Media DTC, LLC d/b/a RVTV, 848 Liberty Dr., Burlington, WI 53105, and Sandy Vans LLC, 9393 Trade Pl, San Diego, CA 92126 (collectively, the “Sponsors”).

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins June 16, 2026, at the commencement of the StreamTV Show 2026 event and ends at 11:59 a.m. Mountain Time on June 19, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). It takes place exclusively during StreamTV Show 2026, June 16–19, 2026, Gaylord Rockies Resort, 6700 Gaylord Rockies Blvd., Aurora, CO 80019.

3. Eligibility

Open only to natural persons who: (a) are legal residents of the United States; (b) are physically present at the StreamTV Show 2026 event during the Sweepstakes Period; (c) are at least twenty-five (25) years of age at the time of entry; and (d) possess a valid driver’s license and can satisfy Sandy Vans LLC’s rental qualification requirements.

Not open to: exhibitors or sponsors of StreamTV Show 2026; employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, or representatives of Sponsors; employees of StreamTV Show 2026 or Gaylord Rockies Resort; or immediate family or household members of any of the foregoing. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. No Purchase or Donation Necessary

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Any donations made to any charitable organization are entirely voluntary, independent from this Sweepstakes, and do not affect eligibility or odds of winning.

5. How to Enter

Eligible individuals may enter only by completing an official paper entry form at the RVTV booth during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants must provide their full legal name and a valid telephone number. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple, photocopied, altered, illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, automated, or fraudulent entries are void. Sponsors may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Entrants’ personal information will be used solely for administration of the Sweepstakes and winner notification, and will not be sold or used for marketing purposes.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a two (2) night Sandy Vans vehicle rental of the winner’s choosing, subject to vehicle availability and Sandy Vans LLC standard rental policies, picked up at Sandy Vans, 9393 Trade Pl., San Diego, CA 92126 (contact: Alan Mondus, 619-215-1850). Approximate Retail Value: $750.00.

The prize covers only the base rental charge for the two (2) night rental period. The winner is solely responsible for all additional charges, taxes, fees, deposits, insurance, mileage overages, cleaning, fuel, set-up fees, upgrades, and any other amounts, and must comply with all Sandy Vans LLC rental policies (including minimum age, driver eligibility, proof of insurance, security deposits, and separate rental agreements and liability waivers). Current policies: www.sandyvans.com. The prize must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the drawing date or it expires without compensation. No cash substitution except at Sponsors’ discretion. Sponsors may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is non-transferable.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner is selected in a random drawing at approximately 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 19, 2026 at the RVTV booth during StreamTV Show 2026. Winner need not be present to win. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received; based on estimated attendance, odds are anticipated to be approximately 1 in 3,000, though actual odds may vary.

8. Winner Notification and Claim

The potential winner is contacted using the telephone number provided on the entry form and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate selected. The selected entrant must complete and return all required documentation (Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release, and IRS Form W-9) within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Sandy Vans LLC administers IRS Form W-9 collection. Failure to timely complete documentation may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsors and their designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, photograph, biographical information, and city/state of residence for advertising, marketing, promotional, publicity, and trade purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

10. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsors, StreamTV Show 2026, Gaylord Rockies Resort, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, contractors, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize.

11. General Conditions

Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, event disruptions, force majeure, unauthorized human intervention, or any other factor impairs its integrity or proper operation. Sponsors’ decisions on all matters are final and binding.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located within Colorado, and each entrant irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13. Winner List
